Description
The Musée des Civilisations Noires, or MCN, is a cultural complex in the Plateau, the administrative and business centre of Dakar. It celebrates the history, art and technologies of African cultures and also sees itself as a forum for thinking about world heritage. Plan the visit ahead and allow time. It is closed on Monday and open Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:00. Phone to ask about visiting conditions, the current exhibition or a group visit.
