Description
Hoballah Jouets offers stimulating and educational toys plus classic games in a shop on Rue Raffenel in Dakar. The child's age is the first thing to mention. The shop is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 to 21:00, then Wednesday to Saturday from 8:30 to 19:00, and closed on Sunday, so early in the week the evening is longer. Contact is by phone only, with no WhatsApp or website, though a Facebook page shows items. Call to check a specific toy is in stock, and mention any birthday date.
