Description
Centre Socio Culturel Point-E is a local cultural centre in Dakar organising social and artistic activities. It may suit a workshop, an activity or a neighbourhood meeting, though what is on offer changes over time and only a direct exchange will tell you what is scheduled. It is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 and closed on Sunday. You can reach it by phone or WhatsApp, which is handy for written questions, and a Facebook page adds information; no website is listed. The address is simply Dakar, so ask for the exact location and confirm an activity is planned on the day you visit.
