Description
Dakar FitBox Club offers boxing training and fitness programmes at 41 VDN in Dakar. The mix appeals to people who want to exercise differently from a standard machine workout, by trying supervised combat training or varying their sessions. The club is open Monday to Saturday from 6:00 to 22:00; nothing is stated for Sunday, so ask whether it opens that day. Contact options are a phone number, WhatsApp, a Facebook page and an Instagram account; no website is listed. Message before your first visit to mention your starting level, and ask for a landmark to recognise the entrance on the VDN.
