Description
Lif'Itness Salle de Sport is on the Route de la Corniche Ouest in Dakar. Its description mentions equipment, coaching and many group classes for people with a fitness goal. The hours are unusual, though: it is listed as closed Monday to Friday and on Sunday, and open only on Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00. Anyone wanting to sign up, try a group class or meet a coach should aim for a Saturday and check that these hours are current. A phone number is the only contact, with no WhatsApp; Facebook and Instagram pages may add detail. No website is listed.
