Description
Fitness Zone Dakar is a gym on the Route de la Corniche Est offering weight training, cardio, boxing and coaching, either private or in a group. Depending on what you want, you come to lift, work on a machine or try boxing, with or without a coach. It is open Monday to Friday 6:00 to 22:00, Saturday 9:00 to 19:00, and closed on Sunday, so early Saturday workouts have to wait until 9:00. Contact is by phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram; there is no website. State your goal in your first message, and ask where to find the entrance before your first visit.
