Description
Gym Maison de la Douane is a sports facility in Dakar dedicated to gymnastics, under the banner of the Fédération Sénégalaise de Gymnastique. It offers specialised training and fitness programmes, which sets it apart from a standard weights gym. The address is Boulevard Canal IV. It is open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 18:00, and closed on Sunday, so very early sessions are not possible. A phone number is the only contact, with no WhatsApp. The fesengym.com website and an Instagram account give more information. Call to ask which group a beginner should join.
